Fabulous Hen Weekend

The Saturday Lunch is from The Green Room lunch menu and is for one course.
Champagne will be served with lunch and there are two – three bottles of champagne depending on the size of group.
The 25 minute spa treatments are a choice of either an express facial, manicure or pedicure and will be carried out in your house.

The gourmet 3 course dinner is for the Saturday night of the weekend. Drinks are charged as normal.

Hen Parties / Single Sex Groups

Upon check in we request a credit or debit card for a pre authorisation amount of £1000 (this can be split across 2 cards where necessary) This pre-authorisation will cover any excess cleaning, damages or management call outs due to excessive noise during your stay.

If you book a property with a hot tub then we ask that you respect any families/other parties on the resort and keep the noise level to a minimum whilst using the tub. All hot tubs must be vacated by 10pm - any excess noise after this time we do reserve the right to charge guests who are causing disruption to other guests.
Should a hot tub be excessively dirty we do reserve the right to charge £100 for a drain and refil of the tub - should this need to happen the hot tub will take a further 12 hours to heat up. We would only drain, clean & refil the hot tub once, if the hot tub is excessively dirty a second time then we would drain the hot tub and would not refil.

If you book a 'party bus' to pick you up to take you out on any of the evenings unfortunately we are unable to allow these buses onto the resort so you would be required to arrange collection from the main reception area. If you book a taxi then it would be fine for the taxi to come onto the resort.

We cannot offer these packages for more than the number stated on the package details - 4 bed is valid for 8 people and a 6 bed is valid for 12 people. Any spa treatments or Flowrider sessions must be booked in advance, as soon as you know what days/times you want your treatment/session then you can call us and get this booked in. We're unable to guarantee availability and all treatments/sessions are subject to availability - should you not be able to book any sessions/treatments due to no availability then we are unable to offer any form of refund.

Payment must be made at the time of booking for spa treatments.
