Retallack Resort and Spa presents The Green Room restaurant with MasterChef 2008 Winner, James Nathan.

Serving breakfast lunch and dinner, The Green Room welcomes resort guests and visitors to try delicious food cooked by our Executive Chef James Nathan. No ordinary chef, James Nathan won MasterChef in 2008 and draws on his love for Cornwall and his passion for surfing to inspire his crisp, invigorating dishes making the menu exciting and innovative.

From a healthy start to the day with a fabulous Cornish breakfast (every Sunday and Thursday in the summer holidays and during half terms) to our Evening Menu which features the MasterChef winning dish, to a gourmet 7 course tasting menu, James Nathan's food is getting rave reviews, so make sure you book a table at The Green Room soon.

With an impressive CV behind him, James Nathan won the BBC's Amateur MasterChef competition in 2008, after throwing in his job as a barrister to pursue his dream profession. Since then he has worked in some of the most famous kitchens in Europe, including Michel Roux Jr's, Michael Caines', Michel and Sebastian Bras' and Rick Stein's.
