The Polzeath type House, is a great way of accommodating a large group of friends and family as well as corporate groups with 6 en-suite bedrooms. The downstairs living room's huge expanse of glass opens onto the stunning terrace where you can take in Cornwall's stunning countryside & wildlife, enjoy a bbq and drink with family and friends whilst on holiday in Cornwall! The large versatile 12 seater media room in the house is ideal for conferences as well as watching films. This brand new collection of Cornish Stone houses are finished to the highest of standards with egyptian cotton bedding, feather duvets, high gloss kitchens with granite worktops & oak flooring and your own private Hot Tub.

The Polzeath properties are located in The Water Glade area of the resort which is a short distance walk away from the main leisure facilities so that guests staying in this area can enjoy the tranquil location. This is a new area of the resort and some of the houses are still under development. We will ensure that guest stays are not affected by this as much as possible. Currently no work is being carried out on the incomplete properties, however, once a date has been decided for work to commence we will, of course, e-mail all of the guests staying in that area to provide them with options regarding their stay.
