Dog Sitting Service

We also offer a 'Dog Sitting' service in the evenings, enabling you to go out guilt free, leaving your dog in the comfort of the lodge, in safe, caring hands. We recommend pre-booking our dog sitting service to avoid disappointment as slots are subject to availability. Please pay the dog sitter direct as we are unable to add this to your room bill.

To book a dog sitter, please email your request to babysitting@retallackresort.com and include your name, contact number and booking reference, your dog's name, breed and the day and time you require a dog sitter.

Dog friendly holiday info....

  • Please tell us at time of booking, or in advance of your arrival, if you plan to bring your dog and which breed the dog is.
  • Please provide your own dog bedding and covers.
  • Please keep your dog on a lead while in the Resort grounds.
  • Please ensure you dispose of 'doggy poop' in a responsible manner, using the bins provided around the resort.
  • Please do not leave dogs unattended in lodges for long periods of time, or while off–site
  • There are a few breeds of dog which we are unable to allow into our Resort (American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fila Brasileiro and Doga Argentino even where these types of dog are muzzled as required by law).
  • Please note that dogs (with the exception of assistance dogs) are not allowed in the leisure building but dogs are allowed on the outside decking area around the FlowRider.
